Removalists in Milsons Point
Every move here is a lift booking first.
Milsons Point is almost all apartments, stacked up at the northern end of the Harbour Bridge around the station and Alfred Street. The furniture is the easy part. The building rules, the dock, the lift window and the Bridge traffic are what decide how the day goes.

- The main constraint
- Building rules. Most Milsons Point buildings need a booked service lift, an agreed dock or loading time and a certificate of currency before anything moves.
- Who books what
- You book the lift and the dock time with building management, who will usually only take it from the resident or owner. We send the certificate of currency and plan the crew around your window.
- Dock clearance
- Undercover docks often have height limits around 2.5 to 3 metres. Give us the building name or the clearance and we will send a truck that fits.
- Traffic
- Bridge approaches and the Bradfield Highway ramps back up quickly. We plan the arrival time to avoid the worst of it.
- Typical job
- One and two-bedroom apartments, usually half a day if the crew is ready the moment the lift window opens.
- Short notice
- Lease changes happen. If your date is inside a week, call and we will tell you straight away what is possible.
The lift window is the job.
A two-hour lift booking is plenty for most one and two-bedroom apartments, as long as none of it is wasted. That means the truck is at the dock before the window opens, the crew is already inside, and the load is staged in the right order.
We run Milsons Point jobs that way as standard. The time you booked is spent moving, not finding the dock entrance or waiting for the lift to come back from another floor.
- 01 We work to the lift window you book
- 02 Dock height confirmed before choosing a truck
- 03 Certificate of currency sent in advance
- 04 Arrival timed around Bridge traffic
- 05 Lift and common areas protected
- 06 Short-notice moves where a crew is free
01 How far ahead should I book the service lift?
At least a week, and two at the end of the month when several apartments in a building often move on the same day. Tell us the window you get and we plan around it.
02 The dock has a height limit. Is that a problem?
Not if we know about it. Give us the clearance or the building name and we will send a truck that fits, or plan a shuttle from street level.
03 What if the move runs past the lift booking?
Some buildings will extend if nobody else is booked and some won't. Being staged and ready when the window opens is how we avoid finding out.
04 How is the price worked out?
Hourly, with your rate locked in writing and an estimate based on volume, the lift and the dock. Apartments here are usually quick once the building side is sorted.
05 Do you cover Kirribilli and North Sydney?
Yes, along with Lavender Bay, McMahons Point and the rest of the Lower North Shore.

We've used Sydney Relocators twice now for house and office moves. Ansul talks you through exactly how the job will run before he starts, so there are no surprises on the day.

Ansul and the team were professional and clearly knew what they were doing, right down to reassembling the furniture at the other end. Easily the best removalist I've used in Sydney.
Neha S.
The crew turned up right on time and worked hard the whole way through. They were careful with the building's walls and lifts, and wrapped every piece of furniture properly.
Shweta A.
A genuinely stress-free move from start to finish. The team was professional and efficient, and even helped us pick up an extra piece of furniture along the way.
Amin B.
Second time booking Sydney Relocators and it was outstanding again. Ansul and his crew kept everything smooth and organised — we'll be calling them for the next move too.

I spent hours comparing companies before booking — a lot of the '5-star' ones had a pattern of one-star complaints about damage once you dug in. Ansul and Vishal were a different standard entirely.
Dipankar C.
Used them again for our latest move and they were excellent as always. Ansul's team disassembled and reassembled every piece of furniture with real care — the workmanship is second to none.
Ramakrishnan N.
Moved us from Parramatta to Stanhope Gardens and the service was outstanding throughout. The team was punctual, professional, and particularly skilled at dismantling and reassembling furniture.
