Office Removalists in Sydney
Move Saturday. Trade Monday.
A commercial move is not a house move with more desks. The cost is not the truck — it is the downtime. We plan around your trading hours, label by workstation, and have you operational before anyone walks in.

- When we work
- Outside your trading hours — typically Friday evening through the weekend, so no trading day is lost.
- What we move
- Workstations, task chairs, screens and IT peripherals, comms and server racks, filing and archives, reception, boardroom and breakout furniture.
- Labelling
- We walk the new floor plan with you, number the desks, and label every crate to match, so staff arrive to their own monitor, chair and boxes already in place.
- Building compliance
- The service lift and loading dock window are booked by you with building management at both addresses. We provide the certificate of currency and schedule the crew around the windows you confirm.
- IT
- We move and reinstate hardware but do not decommission or recommission systems. We work to your IT provider's schedule for disconnect and reconnect.
- Crates
- Reusable plastic crates are supplied before the move and collected after unpacking. They stack, they label once, and they do not collapse.
Desks, racks, and the archive nobody has opened since 2019.
Most Sydney commercial buildings will not admit a removalist without a certificate of currency, a booked service lift and an agreed loading dock window. We provide the certificate of currency; the lift and dock windows are booked by your building or facilities manager, and we plan the move around whatever they give you.
- 01 Workstation dismantling and reassembly
- 02 Screens and peripherals labelled by user
- 03 Comms and server racks with correct equipment
- 04 Filing, archives and secure document transfer
- 05 Reception, boardroom and breakout furniture
- 06 Redundant furniture removed and responsibly disposed of
01 Can you move us outside business hours?
That is how most commercial moves run. Friday evening through the weekend is the usual window, so your team finishes at the old address and starts at the new one with no lost trading day.
02 Do you provide a certificate of currency?
Yes. Nearly every commercial building requires one before allowing access, and we send it straight to building management along with the lift and dock booking requests.
03 Will you move our IT equipment?
Yes — screens, docks, peripherals and racks, packed and labelled by user or rack position. We do not decommission or recommission systems, so line your IT provider up for the disconnect and reconnect and we work to their schedule.
04 What happens to furniture we are not taking?
We remove it and dispose of it responsibly, or hold it in storage if the decision has not been made. Either way it is priced up front so it does not become a make-good problem at the last minute.
