01 Does a quote cost anything?
No. Quoting is free, whether it is done over the phone, from an inventory you send, or from us coming out to walk through the property. There is no obligation to book.
02 How accurate will the quote be?
As accurate as the information behind it. Tell us about stairs, a long carry, a narrow street, a heavy safe or a fixed deadline and the figure we give you is the figure you pay. If we arrive to find the job is materially different from what was described, we talk to you before anything changes.
03 How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within a couple of hours during business hours, and always the same day if you send it before mid-afternoon. If you need an answer immediately, call 0402 592 492.
04 Do I need to know my exact date?
No. Give us your best estimate and tell us how firm it is. If you have flexibility we can often suggest a quieter day, which usually works out better for you.
05 What happens to my details?
They are used to prepare your quote and to contact you about it. We do not sell leads, pass them to comparison services, or add you to a mailing list.
