Three kinds of building, three kinds of plan.
The flat above the shop is usually the hardest of the three. The stair is often narrow and shared with a business, the loading zone out front is timed, and there is rarely anywhere to stage furniture while the truck is loaded.
The new towers are easier but less forgiving: miss the booked dock window and the next one may be the following day. We treat that booking as the fixed point in the day and build everything else around it.

03 Do I need a parking permit?
In the residential permit streets, often yes. We will tell you when we quote and arrange it with the council rather than leaving it to you.
