01 Can the truck turn around at the end of my street?
Often not, and that is precisely what we check before quoting. Where it cannot, we shuttle from a position higher up, which is slower but entirely workable.
02 My house is well below the road. Does that change the price?
It changes the hours, because everything comes up by hand. We measure the stair run when we quote and set the crew size so the job still finishes in a day.
03 Can you move a piano up from a lower level?
Yes, after surveying it. Depending on the stair we either skid and carry it or arrange a hoist, and either way it is priced before you commit.
