01 My building only gives a two-hour lift window.
That is typical, and it is enough for most apartments provided the crew is staged and ready the moment it opens. We unload to the dock first so the window is spent on nothing but moving.
02 Do you book the lift with my building?
No — buildings will only take that from the resident or owner. Tell us the window you have been given and we build the day around it. We do provide the certificate of currency they ask for.
03 Our house runs a long way down to the water.
Then the carry is measured when we quote and costed properly. It is the largest single variable on a Rose Bay waterfront job.
