Buildings around Parramatta Square and the river run the same procedures as the city: a booked and padded service lift, a dock with a fixed clearance, and a certificate of currency lodged in advance. It is one of the most common reasons a move is turned away at the door.
A few streets north the problem inverts entirely — no paperwork at all, but a narrow street, a long carry and a federation hallway that will not take a modern sofa.

01 Do you handle the lift booking for apartment towers?
No — towers will only take a lift booking from the resident or owner, so that part stays with you. We provide the certificate of currency they ask for, and we build the day around whichever window you are given.
02 What if the truck cannot park close to the building?
We assess it beforehand. A long carry adds time, so we price it into the quote rather than have it appear as an extra on the day. In some locations a temporary permit is worth arranging and we will say so.
03 Can you move an office in Parramatta CBD?
Yes, and we would normally run it over a weekend so no trading day is lost. Building access, dock windows and after-hours lift use are confirmed with your building beforehand, and we plan the run around them.
04 Do you cover Harris Park, Rosehill and North Parramatta?
Yes, along with Westmead, Merrylands, Northmead and the rest of the Parramatta area.
