- Many Hills driveways are too steep or too tight for a full-size truck. We assess the approach before quoting and plan a shuttle where required.
- Downsizing
- A significant share of local work is downsizing out of the family home into a Metro apartment. Send the new floor plan and we will tell you what fits.
- Volume
- Sheds, garages and outdoor furniture routinely add a third to the estimate. All of it is counted before we quote.
- Notice
- Two to three weeks is comfortable. End-of-month Saturdays fill first, both with us and with the buildings.

- Free, and recommended for anything four bedrooms and above.
Same suburb, opposite problems.
The apartment jobs need paperwork and a booked hour. The house jobs need none of that, but hold far more furniture than the bedroom count suggests once the garage, the shed and whatever is under the house are counted.
Quoting one as though it were the other is how a Hills move ends up needing a second trip, which is the most expensive thing that can happen on a local job.

01 Do the Metro-precinct apartments need a lift booking?
Almost all of them, along with a certificate of currency and often a set move-in window. The booking has to come from you as the resident or owner — we provide the certificate of currency and work to whatever window you are given.
02 Will your truck fit up my driveway?
Sometimes not — a lot of Hills driveways are too steep or too tight for a large removal truck. We establish that when we quote rather than when we arrive, which is why we come and look.
03 We are downsizing into an apartment. Where do we start?
With the floor plan of the new place. Send it through and we will tell you what fits, what does not, and what it costs to store or remove the rest — before you start packing.
04 Do you cover Baulkham Hills, Kellyville and Bella Vista?
