The driveway decides the truck.
A steep Middle Cove driveway can make a full-size truck unsafe to use, either because it scrapes going down or because loading on a slope isn't safe. In that case we bring a smaller truck down or shuttle from the street, and both cost less than finding out on the morning.
Inside, open-tread stairs and big glass walls need care. Design pieces get blankets and corner protection, and the route through the house is planned before the first box moves.

01 Our driveway is very steep. Can a truck use it?
Sometimes, but not always a full-size one. We look at it before the day and bring a smaller truck or carry from the street where that is safer.
02 We have a lot of design furniture. How do you handle it?
Each piece is wrapped with blankets and corner protection, dismantled only where that is safe, and loaded so nothing presses on it. Anything fragile or very valuable is assessed separately.
03 The house is on four levels. Is that a problem?
Not if we know. Levels mean stairs, so we count them and set the crew size to match.
04 How is the price worked out?
Hourly, with your rate locked in writing and an estimate based on the volume, levels and driveway. We come and look, so the estimate is a real one.
05 Do you cover Castlecrag and Castle Cove?
Yes, along with Willoughby, Northbridge and the rest of the Lower North Shore.
